Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever comes first.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
